Junior Analytics Specialist (Remote)

About the role

As a Junior Analytics Specialist you will act as a detective of client web data, turning raw metrics into actionable insights. This remote position is ideal for an early‑career analyst who is eager to learn, dependable, and comfortable working across the full marketing funnel.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze client website data and produce reports using Google Sheets, Google Analytics 4 and CRM platforms.
• Detect data anomalies, investigate root causes and recommend fixes.
• Gather reporting requirements by collaborating with project managers and tailoring dashboards to client needs.
• Maintain an organized repository of reports and documentation.
• Identify high‑impact opportunities for A/B testing and conversion rate optimisation.

Required profile

• Early‑stage analytics professional with a strong desire to grow.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Quick learner able to adapt to a variety of client tools.
• High attention to detail and solid data‑literacy.

Required skills

• Google Sheets – strong working knowledge.
• Google Analytics 4 (GA4) – basic familiarity.
• CRM tools such as HubSpot, Marketo or Salesforce – a plus.
