Junior All Source Analyst

About the role

Amentum supports the United States Central Command (USCENTCOM) J2 Directorate by providing all-source intelligence analysis. The analyst's fused assessments help senior leaders, including the CENTCOM Commander, make decisions that affect the battlefield and the wider Intelligence Community. The work schedule is 0800-1600, and the analyst may support the Joint Intelligence Center, including occasional 24/7 shift work.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze all-source intelligence and produce intelligence products supporting global missions and customers
• Apply ODNI analytic tradecraft standards, research across databases and toolsets, and compile and analyze complex data
• Develop assessments and provide recommendations so the government can produce, disseminate and apply intelligence products
• Cover subjects such as current and term analysis, daily production, graphics, write-for-release, political/military, terrorism, cyberspace, human terrain, geospatial intelligence, WMD, energy/environment, ballistic missiles, compromise mitigation, open-source, order of battle, target intelligence, materials analysis and network discovery
• Provide skills and knowledge to the Joint Intelligence Center, including 24/7 shift work for situational awareness and warning

Required profile

• Bachelor's or master's degree, or specialized training with 2-3 years of intelligence analysis experience or 3-4 years of military intelligence experience
• Recent equivalent intelligence or academic experience
• TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph
• At least 2 years of order of battle experience
• Ability to work in an office setting; drug-free workplace with pre-hire drug screening
