Junior Account Manager

About the role

YouLend, a fast‑growing fintech platform, is expanding its US sales team and seeks a motivated Junior Account Manager in Atlanta. In this hands‑on role you will work daily with merchants, develop sales and relationship‑management expertise, and help businesses secure the funding they need to grow.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively manage a portfolio of merchant accounts, monitor performance and identify growth opportunities.
• Handle inbound and outbound communications (calls, emails, platform messages) with professionalism and timeliness.
• Collaborate with internal Sales, Risk and Operations teams to resolve merchant inquiries efficiently.
• Support merchants through renewals, upsell opportunities and product education while balancing customer needs with business goals.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions, activities and account updates in CRM and internal systems.
• Demonstrate strong communication, negotiation and relationship‑building skills to deliver positive outcomes.
• Prioritize a high volume of accounts while maintaining accuracy and a customer‑first mindset.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive problem‑solver with a collaborative, team‑oriented approach.
• Positive attitude, reliability and a strong work ethic.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with financial systems or CRM tools is a plus.
• Previous experience in funding, finance or operations is advantageous but not required.
