Jr. Salesforce Consultant

About the role

The company is looking for a Salesforce Consultant who brings real-world business maturity and foundational Salesforce expertise to its team. The role bridges business strategy and technical execution: you manage client calls, translate business requirements for the development team and use your project management experience to keep deliverables on track. It suits a seasoned professional with strong business or management experience who has moved into the Salesforce ecosystem and has at least one year of hands-on Salesforce experience.

Key responsibilities

• Act as primary point of contact for clients, lead discovery calls, manage expectations and keep projects on scope and schedule
• Translate complex client business processes into clean, scalable functional requirements and technical user stories
• Work with the internal development team to guide implementation and explain business logic
• Perform declarative configuration such as Flows, validation rules, custom objects and page layouts

Required profile

• Proven background in business operations, management or professional consulting before entering the tech space
• At least 1 year of active Salesforce experience with at least one current certification (Administrator, Business Analyst or App Builder)
• Prior project management, account management or team leadership experience (agile or waterfall)
• Advanced English (C1/C2)
