Journeyman Dashboard Administrator (GMOS Contract)

About the role

CACI is seeking a Journeyman Dashboard Administrator for its Global Mission Operations Support (GMOS) contract supporting the Department of State. The role enhances national security through advanced IT solutions, working alongside experienced professionals to guide a high-performing team. The GMOS contract modernizes and maintains applications and infrastructure using an integrated IT Service Management approach. The position is full time, requires a minimum Secret clearance, and involves up to 10% local travel.

Key responsibilities

• Create Contract Status and Weekly Activity reports with dashboard metrics, visualizations and KPIs for program oversight.
• Build interactive Trip Report dashboards covering travel activities, site visits, costs, budgets and lessons learned.
• Develop Quality Management Plan dashboards tracking quality control, audits, continuous improvement and compliance.
• Maintain operational dashboards showing system availability, capacity trends and security posture.
• Build Quarterly Spend Plan dashboards with labor hours, costs by CLIN and budget burn rates.
• Set up Data Center Management dashboards for SDDC resource allocation, disaster recovery status and infrastructure availability.
• Configure Enterprise Operations Center dashboards for system availability, incidents and problems, coordinating with DT ENMOC.
• Use Grafana to integrate monitoring data from Oracle Enterprise Manager, Splunk, AppDynamics and Zabbix with automated alerts.
• Create Capacity Management and disaster recovery dashboards covering redundancy, failover readiness, replication health and RTO/RPO compliance.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree plus 4 years of experience in data visualization, business intelligence, dashboard development, data analytics or IT operations reporting (equivalencies considered).
• Active Secret clearance.
• Proven experience with Grafana and executive-level reporting dashboards.
• Desired: experience supporting federal agencies, especially the Department of State.

Required skills

• Grafana dashboard development.
• Business intelligence and visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Splunk dashboards, ServiceNow Performance Analytics or similar.
• Understanding of IT operations metrics and Section 508 accessibility compliance.
• Desired: Oracle Enterprise Manager, AppDynamics or Zabbix; SQL, data modeling, ETL, API integration and scripting.
