JDE Implementation Analyst

About the role

The JDE Implementation Analyst will work with business leaders to translate requirements into effective JD Edwards EnterpriseOne solutions. The focus is on the Procurement, Inventory Management, and Asset Maintenance modules, ensuring the ERP supports operational efficiency and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and implement JD Edwards solutions aligned with business needs and best practices.
• Recommend process and system enhancements to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
• Evaluate complementary technologies that extend ERP capabilities.
• Ensure configurations meet enterprise architecture, integration, and governance standards.
• Facilitate workshops, meetings, and one‑on‑one sessions to gather and refine business requirements.
• Collaborate with functional leaders and cross‑functional teams to align system solutions with operational strategy.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear business language.
• Document business requirements, functional designs, and solution architecture.
• Develop training materials and user guides to promote effective system adoption.
• Participate in design, implementation, and testing phases, supporting unit, integration, and user‑acceptance testing.
• Provide post‑implementation support and continuous improvement recommendations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience implementing JD Edwards EnterpriseOne, preferably in Procurement, Inventory Management, or Asset Maintenance.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with functional owners and technical teams.
