About the role

Infosys Digital Experience (DX) is seeking a Java React Developer to join its Phoenix team. You will work on full‑stack applications that power end‑to‑end customer experiences, collaborating with cross‑functional groups to deliver innovative, reliable solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Document and refine business requirements during the elicitation phase.
• Facilitate design discussions, capture decisions, and guide the technical team.
• Develop new features and enhance existing applications using Java, Spring Boot, and React.js.
• Perform code reviews, maintain repositories, and ensure code quality.
• Design and execute test strategies, analyze results, and coordinate bug fixes.
• Create user training materials, documentation, and support frameworks.
• Resolve production issues promptly and propose preventive measures.
• Maintain detailed records of code changes, testing techniques, and support activities.

Required profile

• Strong collaborative spirit with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to manage end‑to‑end SDLC phases from requirements to implementation.
• Skill in translating complex requirements into actionable development tasks.
• Passion for design, hands‑on coding, and proactive testing.
• Experience working with cross‑functional teams and integrating software components.
