Java React Developer

About the role

Infosys Digital Experience (DX) is seeking a Java React Developer to join its Phoenix team. You will work on modern, customer‑centric digital platforms, helping enterprises transform their business models and deliver personalized experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with business analysts to capture and document requirements.
• Participate in design discussions, record decisions, and guide the technical team.
• Develop new features and enhance existing applications using Java, Spring Boot, and React.js.
• Conduct code reviews, maintain repositories, and ensure code quality.
• Implement test strategies, analyze results, and coordinate bug fixes.
• Create user training materials, documentation, and support frameworks.
• Assist in resolving production issues and propose preventive measures.

Required profile

• Strong communication and collaborative mindset.
• Ability to manage end‑to‑end SDLC phases from requirements to delivery.
• Experience translating complex requirements into actionable tasks.
• Proactive attitude toward testing, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.
• Comfort working with cross‑functional teams on software integration.
