ITSM Administrator

About the role

The ITSM Administrator will manage and configure the cloud‑based Atlassian suite—including Jira, Confluence and Service Management—while supporting the integration and automation of the client’s Health AI chatbot.

Key responsibilities

• Gather business requirements and design optimized Jira/Confluence configurations.
• Create and maintain Jira projects, queries, reports, workflows, screen schemes and plugins.
• Provide day‑to‑day support to Jira and Confluence users across the organization.
• Evaluate, test, license, install and configure third‑party add‑ons and plugins.
• Document workflows and processes implemented in Jira.
• Collaborate with the AI chatbot vendor to continuously improve and integrate the chatbot with internal systems.
• Diagnose and resolve chatbot issues, working closely with leadership and the vendor.

Required profile

• Associate degree required; Bachelor’s preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of IT experience, including at least 3 years with Jira.
• Experience in healthcare IT is a plus.
• Strong customer‑service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, handling multiple tasks under pressure.
• Own transportation for work at multiple locations.
