IT Systems & Network Administrator

About the role

This position supports and expands the IT team during acquisitions, ensuring smooth operation, integration, and management of IT systems and network infrastructure in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage, monitor, and maintain servers, storage, LAN/WAN networks, and related hardware/software.
• Assist with system integrations during acquisitions, including user migrations, identity management, inventory, and network consolidation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to performance, connectivity, security, or access.
• Administer Active Directory, group policies, user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
• Ensure data backups function correctly and support disaster recovery planning/testing.
• Deploy new equipment (workstations, laptops, printers) and manage device lifecycle tasks.
• Maintain network security standards, including firewall management and patching.
• Document processes and provide knowledge transfer to permanent staff.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on special projects related to ongoing acquisitions.

Required profile

• 3+ years experience in IT systems/network administration (Windows Server required; Linux a plus).
• 3+ years experience with endpoint management tools (Tanium preferred).
• Strong troubleshooting abilities and capacity to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or within a team.
