IT Systems Management Analyst

About the role

The IT Systems Management Analyst provides operational support for enterprise infrastructure and security environments, ensuring stability, compliance, and availability across Active Directory, endpoint security, virtualization, storage, and Citrix platforms. The role also involves on‑site data‑center support and assistance with clinic and migration projects in the Las Vegas area.

Key responsibilities

• Execute vulnerability remediation and server/endpoint patching activities.
• Administer and secure Active Directory environments, including Tier 0/1 security controls.
• Support and monitor endpoint security platforms.
• Administer and troubleshoot Citrix and VDI environments.
• Support VMware virtualization and NetApp storage infrastructure.
• Execute and document change management activities.
• Provide on‑site data‑center support, hardware validation, and infrastructure troubleshooting.
• Assist with data‑center decommissioning, asset removal, and workload migrations.

Required profile

• 5–7+ years of infrastructure engineering experience supporting enterprise environments.
• 3–5+ years in vulnerability remediation and security operations.
• 3–5+ years administering Active Directory and performing security hardening.
• 3+ years working with endpoint security platforms.
• 3+ years managing VMware virtualization.
• 2–3+ years administering NetApp or enterprise storage platforms.
• 2+ years supporting Citrix or VDI environments.
• Hands‑on experience with data‑center operations, change management, and compliance processes.
