IT Systems Administrator

About the role

The IT Systems Administrator will manage, secure, and troubleshoot Intellivo’s IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and endpoints. This position works closely with security, engineering, and business units to ensure reliable, compliant, and hardened systems across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Administer core IT platforms such as O365, Windows Server, Azure, and VMware, and provide hands‑on user support for hardware and software issues.
• Perform security monitoring, endpoint protection, patch management, and vulnerability remediation to support ISO 27001 compliance.
• Troubleshoot on‑premise and cloud network problems, assist with network configuration changes, and contribute to resilient networking solutions.
• Prepare and maintain audit documentation, IT policies, and procedures for ISO 27001 and client security audits.
• Serve as an escalation point and informal technical leader for junior network, systems, and security staff.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent certifications and experience.
• 3+ years of IT systems administration experience with a strong focus on security and compliance.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills in a high‑volume environment.
