IT Systems Administrator

About the role
LG Ad Solutions is looking for a motivated IT Systems Administrator to join our fast‑growing IT team in Manhattan. You will collaborate with the Security & Compliance team and other technical groups to manage and support our digital infrastructure, including Google Workspace, cloud storage, SSO, onboarding/offboarding processes, workstation management, and security administration.
Key responsibilities
- Administer Google Workspace, Okta, Checkpoint, CrowdStrike, Jamf, and other cloud‑based services.
- Deploy and manage SSO solutions, machine‑management software, and various IT projects.
- Handle staff onboarding and offboarding, including user account creation, decommissioning, and workstation provisioning.
- Maintain workstations – install, update, troubleshoot hardware and software on Windows, macOS, and mobile devices.
- Support security administration tasks and assist with security audits to ensure confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
- Create and maintain formal documentation for internal teams and end users.
Required profile
- Associate’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in system administration or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Google Workspace, Atlassian, Slack, Dropbox, and related corporate IT tools.
- Experience with endpoint security, MDM, and access‑control solutions.
- Familiarity with identity and access management (IAM) best practices.
- Solid troubleshooting skills for Windows, macOS, and mobile platforms.
- Understanding of networking concepts such as DNS, VPN, and firewalls.
- Experience with incident response, business continuity, and disaster recovery.
