IT Support Specialist

About the role

EliseAI is seeking an onsite IT Support Specialist to be the trusted technology partner for its growing New York office. You will be the first point of contact for hardware, software, and network issues, ensuring employees have reliable tools to perform their work.

Key responsibilities

• Provide frontline support for hardware, software, and network problems, delivering prompt resolutions.
• Provision, configure, and image devices for new hires and replacements.
• Maintain local infrastructure, including printers, Wi‑Fi, and shared resources.
• Collaborate with Security, Facilities, and People Operations to streamline employee experiences.
• Manage vendor relationships for procurement, repairs, and maintenance while keeping accurate inventory records.
• Develop and improve repeatable IT processes such as onboarding workflows.

Required profile

• Self‑motivated and hands‑on with a passion for solving technical problems.
• Strong communication skills to explain issues and solutions to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and proactively identify improvement opportunities.
