IT Support Specialist

About the role

The IT Support Specialist will provide end‑to‑end technical assistance for One Spa World’s global network of spa, salon, fitness and wellness locations, both on‑shore and aboard cruise vessels. You will troubleshoot hardware, software, network and AV issues, ensuring uninterrupted service for staff and guests.

Key responsibilities

• Manage support mailboxes: create tickets, resolve issues, assign levels, and escalate when needed.
• Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, scanners, mobile devices, telephone and audio‑visual equipment.
• Monitor and maintain network infrastructure and server systems.
• Provide on‑site, phone, and email support across the organization.
• Handle user account lifecycle: provisioning, modifications, and terminations.
• Image, configure, and deploy hardware for new users.
• Deliver remote support to vessels and international sites.
• Participate in IT projects, development of proprietary applications, and technology deployments.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT support or help‑desk environments.
• Relevant Microsoft certifications (MCP, MCSE, MCSD) or equivalent IT credentials.
• Ability to work independently, diagnose problems, and follow structured troubleshooting processes.
• Willingness to travel internationally and provide occasional after‑hours coverage.
