About the role
We are looking for an IT Support Specialist to keep our technical operations running smoothly. The successful candidate will deliver high‑quality support while maintaining strong productivity in a fast‑paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Provide first‑line technical assistance to internal users and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
- Monitor and maintain IT systems to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime.
- Document incidents, solutions, and knowledge‑base articles.
- Collaborate with other IT teams to implement upgrades and improvements.
- Prioritize and manage multiple support tickets efficiently.
Required profile
