IT Support Specialist — Entry Level

About the role

CerebriOS is a software company building B2B SaaS products that help businesses make better decisions and streamline operations. We are looking for an Entry‑Level IT Support Specialist to resolve day‑to‑day technical issues and keep employees productive in a remote working environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑line technical support to remote employees and respond to support tickets.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, account access, and connectivity problems.
• Configure and troubleshoot laptops, peripherals, and other workplace technology.
• Assist with employee onboarding and off‑boarding from an IT perspective.
• Document support requests, resolutions, and maintain internal IT guides.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team and suggest improvements based on recurring problems.

Required profile

• 0–2 years of experience in IT support, help desk, or a related role.
• Basic understanding of computers, operating systems, networks, and common software.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills with a patient, service‑oriented attitude.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication, able to explain technical issues to non‑technical users.
• Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently in a remote setting.
