IT Support

About the role

Medpace, a clinical contract research organization providing phase I-IV clinical development services, is looking for a qualified, focused IT Support person to join its IT Support department as it continues to grow. The role covers user account administration, end-user support and ticket handling.

Key responsibilities

• Administer user accounts for network, e-mail and other applications
• Support end users on company-provided equipment and software, including computer hardware, peripherals, mobile phones, operating systems and office applications
• Research and resolve technical problems with equipment and software
• Respond to tickets, telephone calls, e-mails and requests for technical support
• Document, track and monitor problems so they are resolved on time
• Collaborate with a regional or global IT team member

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, information technology or another IT-related field
• At least 1 year of experience in a help desk or IT support role
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Required skills

• Experience with PC equipment, Azure Active Directory, Office 365, Adobe products and other cloud-based applications is a plus
