IT Support Intern

About the role
We are looking for a motivated IT Support Intern to join our global team at GenGen. The role offers hands‑on experience supporting a mixed Mac and Windows environment, A/V conference rooms, hardware imaging, and documentation.
Key responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve Apple, Windows, iOS, A/V and video‑conferencing hardware and software issues.
- Assist with imaging, re‑imaging, configuration and deployment of devices.
- Maintain conference‑room A/V installations and office wiring.
- Document technical problems and solutions in the ticketing system.
- Create and update user guides, system documentation and process manuals.
- Support IT organization projects such as e‑waste and equipment recycling.
Required profile
- Currently enrolled in a Computer Science, Information Technology or related degree program.
- Basic understanding of Windows and macOS operating systems and Microsoft Office.
- Familiarity with IT networking principles.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational abilities.
