IT Support Analyst

About the role

Upstart is seeking an IT Support Analyst to serve as the primary onsite IT presence in its New York City office while supporting a digital‑first workforce. You will deliver frontline technical assistance, troubleshoot issues, and help improve the overall employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide frontline IT support for devices, identity and access, and core SaaS applications such as Okta, Google Workspace, Atlassian, and Slack.
• Manage and resolve tickets using the internal ticketing system, ensuring timely and clear communication.
• Troubleshoot moderately complex hardware, software, and access issues to minimize disruption.
• Support onboarding and off‑boarding processes for employees, contractors, vendors, and temporary workers, including device provisioning.
• Maintain documentation, identify recurring issues, and contribute to process improvements.

Required profile

• Experience providing technical support in a corporate environment.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with employees and vendors.
• Comfortable working both onsite in the New York City office and remotely as needed.
