IT Manager

About the role

The IT Manager is responsible for the reliability, security, and continuous improvement of O’Keefe Media Group’s technology environment, supporting employees, production facilities, and communication platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain stable networks, servers, workstations and business systems to prevent production disruptions.
• Implement and oversee cybersecurity measures, including vulnerability remediation, MFA, and regular security reviews.
• Provide and support Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, VoIP, and audiovisual systems with 99.9% availability.
• Ensure podcast studios, livestream systems, editing suites and field equipment are ready for immediate use.
• Deliver prompt internal IT support, responding to critical requests within 15 minutes and documenting resolutions.

Required profile

• Five or more years of progressive IT experience covering systems administration, networking, cybersecurity and end‑user support.
• Strong problem‑solving, communication and documentation skills, with ability to handle confidential information.
• Willingness to provide support outside regular hours for critical operational needs.
