IT Data Integration & DevOps Analyst

About the role

The Council for Professional Recognition seeks a highly skilled IT Data Integration & DevOps Analyst to manage, integrate, and optimize enterprise data across its Microsoft technology ecosystem. This remote‑first position supports analytics, reporting, business operations, and emerging AI capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain data integrations, ETL/ELT pipelines, APIs, and data flows across YourCouncil, Dataverse, Azure Synapse, Dynamics 365, and related Microsoft platforms.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, security, and availability for operational and analytical systems.
• Develop and maintain data models and transformation processes for reporting, BI, machine learning, and AI solutions.
• Implement and support CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and release management using DevOps best practices.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot integration and deployment issues, and improve reliability and scalability.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in data management, systems integration, data engineering, or DevOps within Microsoft‑based environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, computer science, data engineering, or related field (advanced degree preferred).
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and non‑technical teams.
