iSolved Payroll Specialist (On-site, GA)

About the role

The Payroll Specialist helps support the payroll function for a growing client base. This position is responsible for all payroll‑related processing activities and ensures accurate, compliant payroll delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day payroll processing support for scheduled and off‑cycle payrolls.
• Import or manually enter payroll changes such as hours, employee updates, earnings, deductions, and tax overrides.
• Calculate payroll and verify accurate entry of client‑provided data by generating control totals and conducting manual reviews.
• Respond promptly to client inquiries via email, case tickets, and phone.
• Partner with Payroll Supervisors on special projects and manage an assigned book of business.
• Build and maintain relationships with team members, peers, and other company departments.
• Attend webinars and training to stay current on best practices.
• Complete additional projects and duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; one year of customer service experience; payroll experience preferred.
• Effective time management, strong attention to detail, and ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to collaborate across HR, Finance, and Operations.
• Analytical thinking to troubleshoot payroll issues and exercise good judgment.
