iOS/Mobile Software Engineer

About the role

Beacon AI Inc., a high‑growth aviation AI startup, is looking for a Software Engineer focused on iOS and mobile development. You will create mission‑critical applications that directly support pilots and improve flight safety for Department of Defense and commercial airline customers.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement high‑performance iOS features using Swift, SwiftUI, and modern mobile frameworks.
• Build real‑time data visualisation components that deliver flight sensor information to pilots.
• Integrate complex internal and external APIs to provide mission‑critical flight data.
• Collaborate with senior engineers and product designers to craft intuitive, safety‑critical mobile experiences.
• Own the full product lifecycle from concept through deployment in a fast‑moving, hybrid team.

Required profile

• 2+ years of professional iOS development experience.
• U.S. Person status (U.S. citizen or Green Card holder) and ability to work on‑site in San Carlos.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and comfort with asynchronous programming.
