Investment Designer (Contract)

About the role

Bungie is looking for an Investment Designer to create engaging cosmetic rewards and progression experiences for players. This contract position focuses on designing content that adds real value and excitement to Marathon activities and the in‑game store.

Key responsibilities

• Implement a variety of cosmetic rewards that complement Marathon activities and the store.
• Perform scripting and tool work to support reward systems.
• Design and deliver sustainable content that excites and engages players.
• Tune progression values to create compelling moments and satisfying progression.

Required profile

• Professional game development experience.
• Experience with game development software and tools.
• Knowledge of reward and cosmetic systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a large team, take and give feedback appropriately.

Required skills

• Scripting in Lua or Python (or similar language).
