Investment Consultant – Dallas

About the role

LCG is seeking a highly motivated Investment Consultant to join its Dallas office. The role combines client‑facing responsibilities with contributions to the firm’s investment research initiatives and new business development.

Key responsibilities

• Support client relationships across endowments, foundations, family offices, retirement plans, nuclear decommissioning trusts, and healthcare institutions.
• Assist with asset‑allocation and asset‑liability modeling studies.
• Participate in investment manager due‑diligence and search processes.
• Contribute research across asset classes and investment strategies.
• Prepare client deliverables, presentations, and reports.
• Attend client meetings and provide analytical insights.

Required profile

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent analytical and quantitative abilities with attention to detail.
• Interest in institutional investing and capital markets.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
• Collaborative, client‑service orientation.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 7+ years of relevant experience.
• CFA and/or CAIA designations preferred.
