Investment Analyst - Private Equity

About the role
This is an exciting opportunity within Schroders Capital Private Equity’s US Buyout investment team based in New York. The Investment Analyst will be centrally involved in the full investment process across primary investments, secondary investments, and direct co‑investments within the US buyout market.
Key responsibilities
- Evaluate private‑equity investment opportunities, including primary fund investments, secondary investments and co‑investments.
- Conduct due‑diligence and prepare investment recommendations.
- Perform industry studies, investment screening and portfolio analysis.
- Monitor existing investments, primarily located in North America.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree from a leading university.
- Two to three years of experience in finance, investment banking, private equity, M&A or consulting.
- Proven experience analysing companies, industries and funds.
