Inventory & Operations Manager – US & UK

About the role

Embassy of Beauty is seeking an Inventory & Operations Manager to own day‑to‑day operations across its US and UK markets. You will be the operational anchor, ensuring stock moves smoothly, brand launches stay on track, and customers receive premium service.

Key responsibilities

• Forecast inventory and manage stock levels for a growing portfolio of prestige beauty brands in both markets.
• Oversee purchase orders, reorder points, safety stock, and SKU‑level planning.
• Manage relationships with the Georgia‑based 3PL and the UK warehouse, monitoring SLAs, KPIs, inbound shipments, returns and fulfilment performance.
• Support brand partnership negotiations, handling terms, pricing, exclusivity, allocations and launch timelines.
• Act as the operational bridge to marketing, briefing on inbound stock, launch dates and exclusives.
• Own US direct‑to‑consumer customer service, handling order queries, delivery issues, returns and maintaining CSAT metrics.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of e‑commerce operations experience with clear ownership of stock forecasting, demand planning and 3PL/warehouse management.
• Experience in premium FMCG, preferably luxury beauty or prestige skincare.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to work autonomously across two geographies.
