About the role

We are launching a brand‑new US office in Midtown Manhattan and are looking for an International Tax Specialist with 2‑5 years of experience in cross‑border tax. The role offers genuine international work, a balanced workload, and the chance to shape a growing practice from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Provide advisory services on foreign trusts and cross‑border structuring for US and UK private clients.
• Prepare and review fund and partnership reporting for global clients.
• Deliver tailored tax planning solutions that go beyond checklist compliance.
• Collaborate with an established international team to support complex, multi‑jurisdictional engagements.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of experience in tax, with a focus on international or cross‑border matters.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate complex tax concepts for clients.
• Desire for ownership, growth, and contributing to the development of a new office.
• Willingness to work onsite in Midtown Manhattan.
