International Tax and Transfer Pricing Manager

About the role

SKIMS, a global apparel brand, is hiring an International Tax and Transfer Pricing Manager for its Finance department. The role owns the end-to-end transfer pricing function and supports local country tax compliance across international markets, working with Accounting, FP&A, Planning, Legal, Tech and external advisors.

Key responsibilities

• Design and maintain the global transfer pricing policy, including method selection and defense for each intercompany flow
• Own the annual TP documentation cycle: master file, local files and country-by-country reporting (CbCR)
• Draft and maintain intercompany agreements and support benchmarking and functional analysis
• Run intercompany billing and settlement, set transfer prices with FP&A, perform period-end true-ups and monitor margins
• Maintain the intercompany transaction inventory and ensure eliminations and TP adjustments are reflected in consolidated statements
• Assist with ASC 740 provisions, GILTI, FDII, BEAT and Subpart F calculations, and support international tax planning and audits
• Manage local country direct and indirect tax compliance and deadlines

Required profile

• 5-8 years of international tax experience with a strong transfer pricing focus; Big 4 TP practice preferred, ideally with in-house exposure
• CPA required; MST/MBT or LLM a plus
• Experience managing international tax compliance across multiple jurisdictions
• Ability to manage multiple external advisors and competing deadlines

Required skills

• Deep knowledge of TP methods, documentation standards and OECD BEPS (including Pillar Two)
• Hands-on TP operations: intercompany billing, price-setting, true-ups and margin monitoring
• US international tax concepts (GILTI, Subpart F, foreign tax credits, CbCR) and ASC 740
• Proficiency in Excel; ERP and planning systems (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Planful) a plus

• Salary of $125,000-$140,000 per year
