About the role
The Color Bar Hair Salon offers an unpaid Intern Stylist Assistant position as part of its Fast‑Track Stylist Development Program. This hands‑on internship provides real salon experience, mentorship from top‑producing stylists, and exposure to premium salon standards.
Key responsibilities
- Support senior stylists during services, including preparation of stations and tools.
- Assist with guest flow, shampooing, blow‑outs, color preparation, and overall salon operations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional environment throughout the day.
- Participate in all required training, education sessions, and observe advanced techniques.
