About the role

We are seeking an Intermediate Architect to join a well‑established design studio in New York City. The studio focuses on high‑quality hospitality and residential projects, offering a balanced work environment with a hybrid schedule and no expectation of overtime.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate on projects from concept through construction administration (CA) and site supervision.
• Develop architectural and interior design solutions that reflect the studio’s distinctive aesthetic.
• Coordinate with leading hospitality brands and boutique clients on detailed design deliverables.
• Prepare construction documents and oversee on‑site implementation.

Required profile

• 4–8 years of professional experience in architecture, preferably on intricate hospitality or residential projects.
• Demonstrated ability to manage detailed design work and maintain high attention to detail.
• Strong teamwork orientation and commitment to a supportive studio culture.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Revit.
