Integrative Primary Care Physician (Functional Medicine)

About the role

AIM for Wellbeing is seeking a board‑certified or board‑eligible physician to join its integrative primary care team in Cincinnati. The role blends functional medicine diagnostics, evidence‑based integrative therapeutics, and compassionate patient care within a high‑tech, high‑touch environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care to patients with complex chronic conditions, focusing on root‑cause assessment.
• Utilize AI‑enhanced diagnostic tools and emerging technologies to develop personalized treatment plans.
• Collaborate daily with a multidisciplinary team that includes dietitians, health coaches, chiropractors, acupuncturists, and other specialists.
• Document clinical encounters accurately and maintain high standards of medical record keeping.
• Participate in the IMPOE fellowship program and mentor junior clinicians.

Required profile

• Board‑certified or board‑eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Sports Medicine.
• Strong commitment to functional and integrative medicine principles.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary, patient‑centered setting.
• Excellent communication skills and dedication to long‑term patient outcomes.
