About the role
The International Rescue Committee is seeking an Intake Coordinator to deliver trauma‑informed casework for refugees and qualified immigrants. In this position you will help ensure a positive resettlement experience and guide clients toward self‑sufficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Provide trauma‑informed services to refugees and other eligible immigrants.
- Assess client needs and develop individualized resettlement plans.
- Coordinate intake processes and maintain accurate case records.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to facilitate client services.
Required profile
- Commitment to humanitarian principles and the IRC mission.
- Experience working with diverse, vulnerable populations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
