About the role
The Instructional Designer – Change Enablement will create learning experiences that help employees adopt new Human Capital Management (HCM) systems and processes. Working within the Change Enablement team, you will translate complex system updates into clear, engaging content that drives behavior change.
Key responsibilities
- Design and develop eLearning modules, videos, job aids, and micro‑learning assets using tools such as Canva, Articulate, Adobe Captivate, and Vyond.
- Review system updates (e.g., Workday, UKG) and identify learning impacts, creating role‑based scenarios and learning paths.
- Collaborate with HR Technology, project teams, and subject‑matter experts to align learning with adoption goals.
- Track learning effectiveness, gather feedback, and continuously update content for ongoing releases.
- Explore AI‑enabled tools and modern learning innovations to streamline content creation.
Required profile
- Creative and curious professional with a passion for modern learning technologies.
- Experience designing learner‑centric solutions using instructional design models such as ADDIE or SAM.
- Ability to simplify complex systems and processes into user‑friendly materials.
- Strong collaboration skills to work with cross‑functional stakeholders.
