Installation Training Lead

About the role

Renuity is looking for an Installation Training Lead to drive the development of our production teams while overseeing high‑quality shower and walk‑in bath installations. This hybrid role blends hands‑on installation supervision with the design and delivery of training programs for new and existing installers.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage the branch’s formal training program for production personnel.
• Maintain detailed records of training progress, assessments, and re‑training needs.
• Supervise end‑to‑end installation of showers and walk‑in baths, ensuring safety, quality, and compliance with plans.
• Review project plans, drawings, and job surveys to verify material availability and installation feasibility.
• Inspect crews for proper tool usage and enforce safety procedures.
• Collaborate with Install and Service Managers to align training with operational goals.

Required profile

• Proven experience supervising installation crews in the home‑improvement or construction sector.
• Strong ability to assess skill gaps and develop targeted training curricula.
• Excellent organizational skills with a focus on safety and quality standards.
• Ability to work on‑site, perform physical labor, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
