Installation Site Logistics Coordinator

About the role

IT8 is seeking an Installation Site Logistics Coordinator to support project sites by managing equipment, tools, and installation resources. The role ensures teams have the necessary assets to work efficiently and involves both administrative coordination and hands‑on floor support. Fluency in Spanish is required for daily communication with field personnel.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate tool and equipment assignments for each project.
• Track machinery movement and manage inbound/outbound activities for forklifts, boom lifts, scissor lifts, telehandlers, etc.
• Supervise external service personnel access and ensure compliance with site protocols.
• Organize, deliver, and audit tooling carts, monitoring tool usage.
• Maintain accurate inventory records through physical counts and discrepancy reconciliation.
• Monitor machinery status, fuel levels, and electric generation equipment to prevent downtime.
• Order and track installation materials, coordinating procurements and shipments.
• Report inventory status to the Installation Manager and liaise between project managers and external providers.

Required profile

• Degree in Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Bilingual English/Spanish.
• Previous experience in site logistics, administrative support, or project coordination.
• Ability to lift at least 35 lbs.
• Valid authorization to work in the United States.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
