Inside Sales & Pricing Coordinator

About the role

KCE Logistics is seeking an Inside Sales & Pricing Coordinator to join its Marketing and Inside Sales team. You will prospect, engage with existing and prospective clients, and provide accurate, timely freight quotations while ensuring cost‑effective routing.

Key responsibilities

• Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow‑up, handling calls and emails.
• Prepare shipment quotations, clarify customer questions, and follow up to close deals.
• Research route options, vendors, and freight requirements to identify the most cost‑efficient solutions.
• Negotiate freight costs with carriers and agents, and manage special project quotes.
• Organize quote requests and internal orders, meeting required turnaround times.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with key clients, negotiating and closing major contracts.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure exceptional customer service and compliance.
