Inside Sales Coordinator – Remote (US)

About the role

The Inside Sales Coordinator will drive revenue growth by identifying, nurturing, and closing sales opportunities for Kuraray America’s AIS Division. Working remotely, you will ensure superior service to customers and accurate delivery of product information while coordinating activities across sales, production, logistics, and finance teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage lead generation through cold outreach, email campaigns, and follow‑up to advance prospects in the sales pipeline.
• Conduct virtual product demonstrations, explain technical features, and prepare customer quotes.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospects and existing accounts to support retention and growth.
• Maintain accurate sales activity records, account status, and pipeline data in Salesforce CRM.
• Set up new customers and maintain master data in SAP and EDI systems.
• Receive and process orders via phone and email, ensuring timely and accurate entry.
• Issue order acknowledgments, invoices, and credit/debit memos as assigned.
• Coordinate with warehouses, freight forwarders, agents, and carriers to confirm ship dates and order details.

Required profile

• Proven ability to manage sales activities and order processing in a remote environment.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Detail‑oriented with the ability to maintain accurate records.
• Ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams such as production, logistics, and finance.
