In‑Restaurant Trainer

About the role

Wingstop is seeking an In‑Restaurant Trainer to serve as the on‑site front‑line of our operations. You will diagnose capability gaps, deliver targeted training, and measure impact to ensure our restaurants meet brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Own and resolve Training Request Tickets, from planning through execution and follow‑up.
• Partner with Operations Leaders to align training priorities with business needs.
• Diagnose training needs using performance data, guest feedback, and ticket patterns.
• Deliver training and coaching in restaurants, small groups, and virtual settings for hourly staff, managers, and senior leaders.
• Utilize training tools such as Flavor Lab (LMS) and report progress to Training, Field Ops, and Brand Partner stakeholders.
• Document daily activities, report weekly metrics, and identify systemic gaps for continuous improvement.
• Participate in daily stand‑ups, weekly team meetings, and monthly training meetings to share trends and ensure consistency.
• Collaborate with FBCs and Regional Business Directors to support national rollouts, limited‑time offers, and strategic initiatives.

Required profile

• Experience in a Food Service or Food Production environment, preferably within a franchise system.
• 2‑5 years of training experience, with a focus on measuring and reporting data‑driven outcomes.
• Proven ability to design and deliver effective training programs for diverse audiences.

Required skills

• Flavor Lab (LMS) – proficiency in using the learning management system for training delivery and tracking.
