About the role

As a full‑time W‑2 Outside Sales Representative, you will meet 8‑12 pre‑qualified homeowners each week, deliver in‑home presentations, recommend roofing, siding, windows, gutters, and doors, and close high‑ticket sales.

Key responsibilities

Meet with 2 to 3 qualified customers daily.
Inspect homes and recommend roofing, siding, windows, gutters, and doors.
Present financing options and close sales.
Build lasting customer relationships.
Participate in ongoing sales training.

Required profile

Sales experience preferred, not required.
Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle (30‑90 min drive).
Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
Self‑motivated with a competitive mindset.
Weekend availability (6 days/week).
Industry experience is a plus.
