In‑Home Physical Therapist – Flexible Schedule

About the role

Luna is a tech‑enabled platform that connects licensed physical therapists with patients who need in‑home care. As an in‑home Physical Therapist you will deliver one‑on‑one outpatient therapy directly in patients’ residences, following each individual plan of care.

Key responsibilities

• Provide one‑on‑one outpatient PT in patients’ homes, treating each patient through their full plan of care.
• Set your own availability; Luna matches you with nearby patients within a maximum 30‑minute drive.
• Complete documentation in 3‑5 minutes using the Luna app, without traditional OASIS or start‑of‑care paperwork.
• Treat one patient per visit with no overlapping appointments.

Required profile

• Active, state‑specific PT license.
• Reliable personal transportation.
• Liability insurance.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
