About the role
We’re seeking an Information Scientist Technician to work with one of our clients in the Salinas area.
Key responsibilities
- Data cleaning and transformation
- Descriptive analysis and trend identification
- Merging quantitative and qualitative datasets
- Interpreting field observations from agronomic scouting
- Standardizing qualitative data (e.g., scales, categories)
- Relating observations to quantitative metrics such as IPM applications

- Analytical thinking

- Ability to translate complex data into clear messages
- Effective communication with teams
- Organization and management of multiple data sources
