Influencer Marketing Manager

About the role

Newhouse, a leading independent marketing and communications agency serving the entertainment, automotive, finance and DTC sectors, is seeking an Influencer Marketing Manager based in the Los Angeles area. You will work closely with the strategy team and a portfolio of high‑profile clients to design and execute influencer campaigns that drive brand engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with strategy to ideate and develop engaging influencer campaigns.
• Generate targeted influencer lists aligned with campaign KPIs.
• Craft detailed creator briefs that communicate program objectives and creative direction.
• Assist in negotiating and finalising contracts with influencers.
• Onboard creators and manage their integration into broader marketing programs.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for creators and their representatives, maintaining daily communication.
• Monitor creator content to ensure compliance with brand standards.
• Stay current on social media and creator trends to inform strategy.
• Support budgeting and financial tracking to maintain campaign profitability.
• Cover in‑person creator events and on‑site activations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in influencer marketing at a brand or agency.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Slides for presentation creation.
