About the role
An infectious disease physician is needed for a community health center in New Orleans. The position is 100% outpatient, Monday through Friday, with no on‑call duties, allowing physicians to focus on patient care while enjoying personal time.
Key responsibilities
- Provide outpatient infectious disease care to patients in a community health center.
- Conduct patient evaluations, diagnose and manage infectious conditions.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop treatment plans.
Required profile
- Medical Doctor (MD) with board certification or fellowship in Infectious Disease.
- Licensed to practice medicine in Louisiana.
- Commitment to a full‑time, Monday‑Friday outpatient schedule.
