About the role

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) who specializes in infant tracheostomy and ventilator care to join its Skilled Private Duty Nursing team. The position involves providing one‑to‑one, compassionate care to clients in their homes.

Key responsibilities

• Travel to assigned client homes and follow a schedule that matches your availability.
• Execute and document physicians’ orders, perform assessments, and monitor the condition of infant patients with tracheostomies or ventilators.
• Maintain accurate records of observations, interventions, and evaluations.

Required profile

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program, verified by transcript or diploma.
• Current, active LPN license in good standing in the state.
