Industrial Security Analyst – Level 2

About the role

Northrop Grumman’s Space Sector is seeking an Industrial Security Analyst – Level 2 to join its Program Security Team in Aurora, CO. This full‑time, onsite position supports high‑profile programs by ensuring compliance with government and company security regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as Contractor Program Security Officer (CPSO) and manage security activities across DoD, SAP, and SCI domains.
• Administer and maintain SCIF/SAPF facilities, PHYSEC, COMSEC, PERSEC, OPSEC, and contract security processes.
• Develop and deliver security education and awareness programs for staff.
• Conduct internal security audits, investigate violations, and produce corrective action reports.
• Coordinate with internal and external customers to obtain rulings, interpretations, and deviations from government agencies.

Required profile

• Top Secret clearance is required.
• Experience working in a fast‑paced, high‑profile security environment.
• Strong understanding of federal and company security policies, regulations, and procedures.
• Ability to collaborate across multiple locations and functions.
