Industrial Operator – Shift Work

About the role
CF Industries is seeking an Operator to support safe and reliable plant operations. The role involves loading and unloading product, maintaining equipment and facilities, and ensuring compliance with environmental, health and safety standards.
Key responsibilities
- Perform product loading and unloading according to established procedures.
- Inspect, maintain, and clean operating equipment, buildings and grounds.
- Apply principles of refrigeration systems, record gauge readings and sample results.
- Maintain accurate manuals, records and paperwork.
- Respond to hazardous material spills and assist emergency response personnel.
- Support training and development of fellow operators.
- Work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.
Required profile
- Ability to follow operating procedures and safety protocols.
- Willingness to work shift schedules and perform physical tasks.
- Commitment to continuous skill development through the Operator Progression Program.
