Industrial Maintenance Shift Supervisor

About the role

The Maintenance Shift Supervisor supports the Facility Manager and the shift operational leadership team, ensuring safe and efficient execution of maintenance activities across the plant. You will lead cross‑functional teams, drive compliance reporting, and act as the primary communicator for system bridges during your shift.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily maintenance, repair, and preventive‑maintenance tasks.
• Ensure safety of the team, operational staff, and equipment throughout the shift.
• Manage training adherence, safety programs, and internal incident reporting.
• Collaborate with site maintenance leadership to organize parts utilization and report consumption.
• Oversee documentation, root‑cause analysis, incident resolution, schedule compliance, and KPI tracking.
• Allocate shift labor, conduct technician career reviews, and support contractual performance metrics.

Required profile

• 2+ years experience as a Maintenance Supervisor or Lead.
• 5+ years electrical and mechanical work experience with drawings, system integrations, and new‑technology implementation.
• Experience in manufacturing, assembly, LGVs, AMRs, or material‑handling environments is a plus.
• Proven ability to read blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
• Strong communication skills and flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
