Industrial Controller

About the role

The Industrial Controller will lead financial planning, analysis and operational finance for Bel’s North American business unit, focusing on U.S. manufacturing sites and overseeing total cost of goods sold for both domestic and imported products across the United States and Canada.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate all financial planning processes (strategic plan, operating plan, budget, forecast) for multiple sites, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
• Develop, maintain and validate site standard costs, linking actual results to forecasts.
• Act as primary financial advisor to operations, providing analysis of COGS, variances and operational costs.
• Partner with plant and business leadership to interpret financial results, support strategic decisions and drive process improvements.
• Conduct regular and ad‑hoc financial analysis, benchmark factory performance against industry peers and deliver actionable recommendations.
• Supervise working capital management—including inventory, receivables and payables—and set clear targets.
• Evaluate, track and report on capital projects, ensuring compliance with Group investment processes and post‑completion ROI analysis.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading financial planning, budgeting and forecasting activities in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong analytical capability to assess cost structures, COGS and performance metrics.
• Ability to collaborate with operations and senior leadership to translate financial data into strategic insights.
• Experience managing working capital and capital‑project financial evaluation.
